What is a Level 2 Homebuyers survey?
A Level 2 Homebuyers Survey is a non-intrusive visual inspection, in which our surveyor will inspect visible areas of the property to report on the condition and highlight any defects. The report will include advice on how to the property and highlight any needed repairs. The survey will highlight defects within the property and rate them in terms of their seriousness using a traffic light coding system. This allows you to easily evaluate the condition of the property and determine what action is needed. A Level 2 Homebuyers report will also highlight specific areas where you will need to consult a legal advisor to further investigate issues and seek specialist attention.
